Description
This board measures 24” x4.5” x0.25” and digits measure 3” tall, which is in compliance with the U.S. Coast Guard requirements. The board is fabricated from King Starboard ColorCore using a CNC router. Please indicate your boat’s documentation number in the “order notes” section at checkout (note it will be no more than 7 digits).
This is the national form of registration for your boat. It’s the official identifying number given to each documented boat that stays with the boat for the life of the boat regardless of change in owner.
Vessels that measure at least five net tons are required to have a Documentation Number. Note: “Five net tons” does not refer to the weight of the vessel. It is related to the vessel’s volume. Vessels that are greater than 25 feet in length will measure five net tons or more.
