Our Tables are made from FDA approved, high density, polyethylene (King Starboard) which is more practical and sanitary than wood cutting tables. They will not crack, mildew or absorb fish odors. They are virtually maintenance free. This table features dual fillet knife holders. The slot at the back of the tables permits instant water drainage from the work surface. Each table has a ruler engraved on the rear boarder for convenient measuring of your catch!
