Description

This custom hatch door is built with King Starboard precision cut on our CNC machine. Our competitors may use a FRP Hatch (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic), which fades, becomes chalky and gives off the fiberglass powder which makes you itchy. This is why we only make hatch doors with King Starboard.

The optional stainless steel hardware and Gem Lux stainless latches provide the highest quality and durability.

Ideal for:

adding a hatch access to your boat
replacing an existing hatch door
making an opening a touch larger

Excellent!! I worked with the team through email from Iowa for a custom hatch. Initial product did not fit properly but their superb customer, talking through the new plan, and supplying a perfect product was top quality assurance. I can’t stress how great that interaction over email was but also the final product. It was the last piece to a puzzle on my craft. Thanks TOI!
